The Military Family Support Centers, Inc., exists to satiify essential morale, welfare and recreational needs military families service men and women the Armed Forces the United States America in times mobilization, deployment in war, national security and disaster relief operations, as well as wounded warrior or families of deceased military heroes.
Supporting the Military Family Support Center provides a means for the community to express its gratitude by providing services, volunteering or making donations to assist family members while service men and women are deployed in support of our country.
The organization's goal is to reduce the stress for both the service member and members of their families.
- Information Clearinghouse - information and guidance on using the resources available to dependents through DOD or local services.
- Telecommunications - Internet access and free long distance
- Social Interaction - Entertainment events, support group assistance and a casual meeting place.
- Home and Care Repair - Reduced or no-cost repairs made by qualified Center volunteers.
- Supplies - In-house pantry to provide food (canned and non-perishable), baby supplies, household items and school supplies.
- Needed information and a newsletter.
